Warranty
Twelve months as standard, two years on multi-unit packs, extendable to three.
What's covered
- Sensor and electronics failure under normal use.
- Battery capacity dropping below 60 per cent of its rated life.
- Charging port faults not caused by impact or liquid.
- Silicone splitting or delaminating at a moulded seam.
What isn't
- Cosmetic marks, scuffs and normal surface wear.
- Damage from drops, crushing, pets, or immersion beyond the IPX5 rating.
- Units that have been opened, modified or repaired by someone else.
- Loss or theft.
Making a claim
Email support@evantory.com with your order number, a description of the fault and a short video if the fault is intermittent. We'll troubleshoot first — a good number of issues are a firmware update — and issue a replacement if it's a hardware fault.
Term
The warranty period runs from the delivery date: 12 months on the Starter, 2 years on the 21-Day Upright Kit and the Household, and 3 years where extended cover was purchased. It applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
