Who you're buying from

Prices and currency
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices displayed in other currencies are an indicative conversion only; your order is charged in AUD and your bank sets the final rate.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we dispatch it. If an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error, we may cancel and refund in full before dispatch.
Product claims
AlignPulse is a posture training aid. It is not a medical device and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a spinal injury, are pregnant, or have an implanted electronic device, speak to your health practitioner before use.
Intellectual property
The brand, product design, site content and bonus digital material remain our property. The digital bonuses are licensed to you for personal use and may not be redistributed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those guarantees, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the purchase price.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian state in which we are registered.
