Change of mind

Unopened trainers can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return postage is yours on change-of-mind returns. Items must be in resaleable condition with the seal intact.

Tried it and it isn't for you

That's what the 60-night guarantee is for, and it covers return postage within Australia. See the guarantee for the full terms.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

• Email returns@evantory.com within seven days with your order number and a photo.
• We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and cover postage both ways.
• Do not send anything back before you have a return authorisation — parcels without one can go astray.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We'll send you the return address with your return authorisation — it varies by carrier.
