The 60-night stand tall guarantee

What it covers

Wear the trainer for up to 60 nights from the day it's delivered. If you don't notice a difference in how your back feels at the end of a working day, contact support and we'll refund the full purchase price of the trainers.

How to claim

• Email returns@evantory.com with your order number and a sentence about how you used it.
• We'll reply with a return authorisation and the return address within one business day.
• Send the trainer and its cable back. Original packaging helps but isn't required.
• Your refund is processed to the original payment method within five business days of the trainer arriving.

The honest fine print

• One guarantee claim per household.
• Return postage within Australia is covered by us on guarantee claims; you pay postage on change-of-mind returns.
• Bonus digital material (the 21-Day Upright Challenge and the Desk Reset library) is yours to keep either way.
• Trainers returned with damage beyond normal wear may be refunded in part.

Your rights come first

This guarantee sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing here reduces that.
