Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, email, and optionally a phone number for the carrier.
• Support correspondence you send us.
• Basic analytics about how pages on this site are used, in aggregate.
• Posture data recorded by the AlignPulse app, which is stored on your device by default.

Posture data

Angle readings and session history live on your phone. They're only uploaded if you switch on cloud backup in the app, and you can turn that off and delete the backup at any time. We do not sell posture data, and we do not share it with insurers, employers or advertisers.

Why we hold it

To fulfil and support your order, to meet Australian tax and consumer-law record keeping obligations, and to send you email updates if you've asked for them.

How long

Order records are kept for seven years as required for tax purposes. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe. Support threads are deleted after two years.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need: our carrier, our email provider and our payment processor once payments are live. Each is bound to use the data only to provide that service.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we're not legally required to keep. Email privacy@evantory.com. If you're not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Cookies

This site uses functional storage to remember your currency and pack selection for the session. No advertising cookies are set.
